Sunshine in a cup. This delicious coffee comes from the Nayarit region of Mexico.
Soleado is a natural process coffee. This means the coffee cherry is left on the bean to dry before being hulled off. Natural process coffees retain some of the fruitiness from the berry with a little bit of sweetness. Soleado shines with raspberry notes from the natural process. We are proud to say it is both Certified Organic and Direct Trade.

A staff favorite, Soleado earned us a medal at Golden Bean North America in 2022.
