DBD is a honey process coffee. This means during the washing process some of the fruit is left on the bean. The coffee bean is washed with some water and the mucilage from the fruit (this is the ‘honey’ part). As a result, the Honey process is more eco-friendly because it uses less water. The honey process imparts sweetness to the coffee with a hint of fruit. DBD boasts enticing flavors of decadent milk chocolate and sweet brown sugar.
