Our decaf coffee is from Columbia, and is processed by using ethyl acetate, a naturally created compound that is found in sugar cane. What’s so great about that? This process creates sweetness and body and it has 97% less caffeine then regular coffees. Because this process is done on the farm, it lowers the carbon footprint. Most importantly, it makes decaf taste way better.
