This blend of Colombian and Brazilian coffees is another award winner! We crafted Unicorns and Rainbows to taste like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich in a cup. The Brazilian beans bring the peanut butter, and our Colombia Gesha supplies the fruit for a jam-like flavor.
Our Brazil is a washed process. The beans are washed with water to bring out the nutty side. And the Colombia Gesha is a natural process to bring out the fruity side. Natural process coffees are dried with the fruit still on the bean and then hulled. To top it off, the Colombia is Direct Trade, and the Brazil is Fair Trade, so you can feel like, well, unicorns and rainbows, knowing this coffee benefits farmers, roasters, and coffee drinkers alike.
