“Intricate, chocolate fudge, spicy oak, wild berry, faint mango-like fruit” “in aroma and cup. Soft, sweetly tart acidity; full velvety mouthfeel. The finish is berry-toned, with a rounded chocolaty sweetness” I would also add highly herbal.
Seriously crazy sized bean from Nicaragua. Almost twice the size and weight of our Guat. Super nice in the cup. I made some in the french press this morning, and it came out AWESOME.
This is not the typical coffee and it is a bit more expensive at $18 per pound, but it is well worth it. I was able to acquire a very limited supply so for those who know how crazy I am about my coffee… Try some. Or I will drink it all… just saying’!!
