What else would you drink if you were in Wonderland? \u00a0Made with a blend of African and Central American coffees, this one will help you slay a frumious beast.\u00a0 Jabberwocky Blend is earthy from the African beans and chocolatey from the Central American beans for a delicious morning cup to have you feeling frabjous.<\/p>\n

Processing<\/h4>\n

Both coffees in this blend are a washed process.\u00a0 In a washed process coffee, the farmers wash the coffee fruit off the bean with water.\u00a0 This gives the beans a clean and tulgey flavor.<\/p>\n

Roast Level<\/h4>\n

Like most of our coffees, Jabberwocky Blend is a City Roast.\u00a0 City Roasts are on the light side of medium roast, which keeps the acidity low.\u00a0 We pull the coffee out of the roaster when the beans are about the color of milk chocolate.\u00a0 This roast level best brings out the coffee’s natural flavors without any mimsy oiliness.<\/p>\n

Traceability<\/h4>\n

Both of these coffees are Direct Trade because exploitation is as bad as a bandersnatch.<\/p>\n

We will deliver orders from the Portland Metro Area within 1-3 business days free of charge.\u00a0 You can also choose local pickup.\u00a0 We will ship all other orders within 1-3 business days and provide tracking information via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.\u00a0 Free shipping is available for orders of $50 or more.<\/p>\n
