Cr\u00e8me de Cacao is the perfect breakfast coffee.\u00a0 It’s got buttery & chocolatety notes that remind one of a chocolate croissant.\u00a0 This coffee comes from Peru, and also has the characteristic heavier body that Peruvian coffees tend to have.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Processing<\/h4>\n
This coffee is a washed process.\u00a0 That means the farmers wash the coffee cherry off the bean with water before the drying process.\u00a0 Washed processes have a clean finish without the linger.\u00a0 They also tend towards the chocolatey notes of Cr\u00e8me de Cacao.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Roast Level<\/h4>\n

Cr\u00e8me de Cacao is a City Roast.\u00a0 We pull our City Roasts from the roaster just as the bean turns a chocolatey color.\u00a0 At this stage, the coffee’s authentic flavors shine without any smokiness or oil.\u00a0 This Peruvian coffee is on the light side of medium where the sweetness comes through.\u00a0 This roast level balances baker’s chocolate with buttery smoothness.<\/p>\n
