This coffee is a washed process which means the farmers wash the coffee cherry off the bean with water.\u00a0 Then they dry the beans.\u00a0 Washed process coffees tend towards chocolatey and nutty notes, and Call Your Mother surprises the palate with its sweetness.<\/p>\n
