What can you say about an astonishingly good coffee?\u00a0 How about just that.\u00a0 Gesha is the most rare coffee varietal in the world, and we are proud to carry such a delicious one.\u00a0 Our Gesha is a light roast to bring out the floral notes.\u00a0 As a natural process, it also has a pleasant fruitiness.\u00a0 And as a light roast, the Gesha is also very low acid.\u00a0 This makes it a great alternative to many other coffees.<\/div>\n

Processing<\/h4>\n
The natural process means the coffee fruit is left to dry on the bean before hulling.\u00a0 This creates a fruity coffee.\u00a0 Furthermore, the natural processing method is the most eco-friendly because it uses less water than other processing methods.\u00a0 Our Colombia Gesha has a naturally occurring blackberry flavor due to the processing method.<\/span><\/div>\n

Roast Level<\/h4>\n

Our Gesha is a Scandinavian Roast.\u00a0 Scandinavian Roasts are light roasts.\u00a0 We pull the coffee out of the roaster when it is just past a cinnamon color.\u00a0 We find this roast level brings out the bean’s authentic flavors without the influence of roasty-ness.\u00a0 This Colombian coffee is light enough to highlight its floral and fruity side.\u00a0 At this roast level, the body is tea-like and gentle.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Our Colombia Gesha comes to us direct from farm, and we are delighted to roast up coffee grown to such high standards.<\/div>\n

We will deliver orders from the Portland Metro Area within 1-3 business days free of charge.\u00a0 You can also choose local pickup.\u00a0 We will ship all other orders within 1-3 business days and provide tracking information via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.\u00a0 Free shipping is available for orders of $50 or more.<\/p>\n
