Many of our team at BCR has rescue animals we love very much.\u00a0 In the spirit of supporting those and other rescues, we created Caturday Morning Blend.\u00a0 Caturday Morning is a blend\u00a0of Costa Rican coffees meant to create a calm space for you and your feline friends.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>$5 from every pound sold goes to Cat’s Cradle Rescue<\/a> in Hillsboro, Oregon, so you can enjoy your coffee while making a positive impact.\u00a0 What better way to start the day?!<\/p>\n

Processing<\/h4>\n

All of the coffees blended in Caturday Morning are washed process coffees to keep the flavor smooth.\u00a0 A washed process coffee means the farmers wash the coffee cherry off of the coffee bean.\u00a0 This gives the coffee a clean, chocolatey flavor.<\/p>\n

Roast Level<\/h4>\n

Caturday Morning Blend is a City Roast.\u00a0 For City Roasts, we pull the coffee from the roaster just as the beans turn a chocolatey color.\u00a0 At this stage, the coffee’s authentic flavors shine without any smokiness or oil.\u00a0 This blend is on the light side of medium to allow the smoothness of the flavors to shine through.\u00a0 At this roast level, the mouthfeel is pleasant and doesn’t linger too long, with a touch of sweetness.<\/p>\n

Traceability<\/h4>\n

All of the coffees in Caturday Morning Blend are traceable to farm.<\/p>\n

We will deliver orders from the Portland Metro Area within 1-3 business days free of charge.\u00a0 You can also choose local pickup.\u00a0 We will ship all other orders within 1-3 business days and provide tracking information via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.\u00a0 Free shipping is available for orders of $65 or more.<\/p>\n
