<\/a><\/p>\nOur customers asked us for years where they could come in and try our coffee.\u00a0 We resisted.\u00a0 We didn’t think it would be worth it.\u00a0 But finally in December of 2023 we agreed to give it a try. Blind Coffee Roasters shares a roasting space with two of our roaster friends, Keri Elliott of Roasted By Mom, and Noreen Lanphier of Capitol Press Coffee Co.\u00a0 Roasted by Mom has operated a cafe in this space 4 days a week since we opened in 2020.\u00a0 We asked Keri if she would let us use the cafe space during the three days she wasn’t open, and we are so grateful she agreed. After our first month, we were a little nervous to see if the cafe would still be sustainable.\u00a0 January is for New Years Resolutions and sometimes (*gasp*) cutting back on caffeine.\u00a0 We threatened our customers that we couldn’t keep going without them, and they showed up and kept us going.\u00a0 So far, it’s been a great experience to have conversations over coffee and build relationships with our regulars.\u00a0 We look forward to every morning, making our friends smile and trying out new coffee drinks.<\/span><\/p>\n Here in our tasting lab, you can try our regular menu items, and sometimes get a taste of our subscriber exclusive beans<\/a>!\u00a0 With these beans, we can offer any espresso drink you can think of with a rotating selection of syrups and specials.\u00a0 We bet you can’t find ‘pi\u00f1on pine’ syrup just anywhere, and it tastes like extra buttery hazelnut.\u00a0 Yum!\u00a0 You can also find bags of coffee from all three roasters who use this space.
